Terms.

These terms cover your use of frimpomaasync.com and everything on it. They work alongside the privacy policy, which covers what happens to your details. It's all written by NaNa Frimpomaa, who is the whole company, so when it says "I", that's literal. By using the site, you're agreeing to what's below. If you don't agree with it, that's completely fine, just don't use the site.

The free tools and notes.

Some things here cost nothing and ask nothing of you: the notes, the Automated Small Business Blueprint, Som the capture app, and the chat widget. You're welcome to use them for your own business or your own life. A few honest limits come with that:

• They're provided as they are. I build these carefully and use them myself, but a free tool is a free tool. I can't promise it will fit every situation or run without a hiccup, and I'm not liable if a free tool doesn't do what you hoped.
• Som saves to your own device. Your notes live in your browser, not with me. If you clear your browser or lose the device, they're gone, and I have no copy to restore.
• The notes are general information, not advice. They're what I'd tell a friend, written from my own experience. They aren't legal, financial, or professional advice for your specific situation. Use your own judgment, and check with a professional when the stakes call for one.
• I may change or retire a free tool. If something here stops being useful or costs me too much to keep running, I might update it or take it down. What you've already downloaded stays yours.

If I build you a system.

The paid services, SynKasa (formerly the Client Catcher) and Siesie, are not bought from this website like an item in a cart. It starts with a call, and it runs on a written agreement you review and sign before any build begins.

So you know the shape of it before we ever talk, here is the plain summary. The full and binding version lives in your agreement:

• You own what I build. The accounts, the workflows, the scripts written in your voice, the documentation, and every piece of your customer data. It's built in your own accounts, in your name.
• The build starts when your deposit lands, and the guarantee is simple: live and working in 7 days, or you don't pay. If that mark is missed, your fee is refunded in full.
• The guarantee covers going live, not the number of bookings. The system catches and follows up every inquiry it receives. It can't create demand that isn't there, and no honest builder would promise a booking count.
• No lock-in. There are no subscriptions owed to me. The optional care plan is month to month and you can cancel it anytime.

What you agree not to do.

Short list, and none of it is a surprise:

• Don't break or abuse the site. No hacking, no scraping at a scale that strains it, no trying to get at data that isn't yours.
• Don't use it to break the law, or to send anyone anything unlawful, hateful, or harassing.
• Don't resell or repackage the free tools as if they were your own product. Use them, share the link, but don't strip my name off and sell them on.
• Don't impersonate me or the business, or use the frimpomaasync.com name in a way that suggests I endorse something I don't.

If you're using a tool for your own business or personal life, that's exactly what it's for. These limits are about misuse, not ordinary use.

Who owns what.

Two clean rules:

The honest limits.

I'd rather say this plainly than bury it. The website and the free tools are provided as they are, without a warranty that they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or knock-on losses that come from using the free side of this site, and any liability I do carry for it is limited to what you paid for it, which for the free tools is nothing.

This paragraph is about the free website and tools. It does not shrink the promises in a signed client agreement. Those promises, including the guarantee, stand exactly as written there. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law that can't be signed away.

Links to other places.

Some pages link out to other websites, like the booking calendar or a social profile. Those are run by other people under their own terms, and I'm not responsible for what happens once you leave this site. A link isn't an endorsement of everything on the other end.

Changes to these terms.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Small fixes I'll just make. If something meaningful changes and you're a client, it's your signed agreement that governs you, not this page, so a website tweak can't quietly move your goalposts.

The basics.

This is a business run from Maryland, in the United States, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. If part of them were ever found unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms and your privacy policy are the whole agreement for using this website. For a build, your signed client agreement is the whole agreement, and it takes priority over this page.
