What happens to your details when you fill something in here, and what happens to your customers' details if I build you a system. Written to be read, not to be survived.

The short version

I collect the details you choose to send, including contact information and the business context needed to review a fit form. I use them to reply and prepare for the call. I don't sell them, share them for advertising, or use them to follow you around the internet. Ask me to delete your details and I will, within 30 days.

This page covers frimpomaasync.com and everything on it. It's written by NaNa Frimpomaa, who is the whole company. So when it says "I", that's literal. If anything here is unclear, email hello@frimpomaasync.com and I'll answer you myself.

Public qualification forms do not ask for passwords, payment details, customer records, private files, or account access. Those belong in the signed client process after payment.

What I don't do.

If I ever add a privacy-friendly visitor counter, I'll say so here and change the date at the top. I'm not going to add it quietly.

A one-person business has no use for your data beyond talking to you. That's not a policy position, it's just the truth of the size.

Cookies and what's stored on your device.

This site sets no tracking cookies. Two things do save small amounts of information, and both save it on your own device, not to me:

Who else touches it.

I don't run my own mail server or my own datacentre, so a few ordinary service providers necessarily handle things on the way through:

Service providers for this website
What they doWhat passes through them
Website hostingThe pages themselves. No form data is stored there.
Form deliveryWhatever you typed, on its way to my inbox
Email and calendarOur correspondence, and any call you book

These are mainstream providers with their own published privacy terms, and none of them is given your details for their own marketing by me. If you want them named, email me and I'll tell you. I'd just rather not publish my supplier list to everyone who reads this page. Anyone I actually build a system for gets every provider named in writing before they sign.

If I build you a SynKasa system.

This is the part that matters most, because then I'm handling your customers' details, not just yours. The commitments below are the same ones on the SynKasa page, and they're written into the client agreement you sign:

And your obligations to your own customers

When a system texts your customers on your behalf, you are the one who owes them a privacy notice and a way to opt out. Every message sequence I build includes a working opt-out, and stopping means stopping. First request, no rescue message afterwards.

I'll walk you through what you need on your own side during the build. It isn't complicated, but it isn't optional either.

What you can ask me for.

Email hello@frimpomaasync.com and ask for any of these. There's no form, no account to log into, and no charge:

Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law. I'd rather just give them to you regardless of where you live, so I do.

Children.

This is a business-to-business site. It isn't aimed at children and I don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16. If you think I have, email me and I'll delete it.

Security, honestly.

Accounts holding client data use strong unique passwords and two-factor authentication, and access is limited to me. I'm not going to claim more than that. Anyone promising a small business unbreakable security is selling something. What I can promise is that if something went wrong, I'd tell you quickly rather than quietly.

Changes to this page.

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change actually affects what happens to your details (as opposed to fixing a typo) I'll email the people on my list rather than hoping they re-read this page.

Questions

Ask me anything on this page directly.

Email hello@frimpomaasync.com, or bring it to the free 15-minute call. Data questions are a completely reasonable thing to spend a call on.
